Service Pack 1 is here!

Finally. Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1) is here and already available for download from Microsoft’s official site. You can simply head on to Microsoft Download Center. There are different downloads for the 32-bit (435MB) Vista edition and the 64-bit (727MB) one. Alternatively, you can download and update automatically via Windows Update.

Before updating, be sure to back up important information and be sure to close all apps properly, lest you want to have problems later on. For some insane reason that something bad happens, Microsoft has a free tech support to get you up and running again.
